My graduation year is 1988.Last year i have passed my USMLE step ,Step2CK and step2CS with 75/79/pass respectively .Is there any hope to get the residency.No USCE. Curently working as research Associate in NSLIJ NY.

Keep hard working on your research, do some observership once you're done with that, also take Step 3.

I heard that once you pass Step 1 and 2 CS ,CK, you may apply for residency.
I will appreciate if someone will give some more info.

But passing Step 3 is a "Plus" on your application.

That is correct. You do not have to pass Step 3 to apply fpr residency. Of course it makes you more competitive if you have it done, but it is not a requisite to apply. Go to ECFMG web site for more info.
