Cost is around 5000USD which includes the exam fees, one-time return fare to the US,etc.But, one shud keep a provision for more because u never know.
The pre-requisites for taking the USMLE steps r that yur medical school must be enlisted in the IMED of FAIMER and one must have completed the first two years of medical school.
In order to get a visa u will have to apply to the US embassy in Mumbai after u schedule yur Step-2CS test.When u schedule this test ECFMG will provide u with a visa sponsorship letter.
