CS requires your practicing of real cases. Get first aid CS and read everything in it and then practice it with a friend in a way that he/she acts each case or at least the big ones. Dont forget to get a good grip on timing and sequence and also not to forget to knock, wash your hands befor and after each encounter or use gloves, greet the patient, expalin to the patient your plans before you leave...oh also do not forget the table leg extension when asking the patient to lie supine. These should all be mentioned in the book and always practice. for many of us 20 days was enough. GL and we will leave the rest to the members who may have more advice for you.

this is not to scare you dr amrita, but just passing the the info i heard, they are making standards of cs little higher to give away the pass, that the checklist SP will be using is going to be stricter than before, prepare really well, they are leaving less scope for ok kinda performance as the one they'll say passes CS.
