The conditions in which an examinee has to do an ophthalmoscopic examination in Step-2CS test r:
1) Headache
2) Hypertension
3) Diabetes Mellitus
Yes, if it is a respiratory system case,one should do an anterior chest exam.One should tell the patient "Can u plz lift ur breast up,so that I could listen to yur lungs."
