I'm asking about the scramble. Is there a real chance to get a position through Scramble. I mean is it common for IMGs to get a position through iit or it is only for American graduates?

Both IMGs and American Graduates can participate in the Scramble,but the chances of Visa requiring IMGs to get a position thro' it r not that great.
If one does not need any visa then the chances r much better.
Considering everything Scramle is a very hectic event and ,generally, it is very difficult to get a position thro' it.

Even if one does not have any Interviews one can still participate in the Scramble.
Contacts at the programs where one applies during the Scramble play a great role in helping applicants obtain a position.
Chance is always there even if u dont get any interview,but that chance is very small.
