For keratocconjuntivitis (Sjogren syndrome ) dry eyes may be the cause to decrease blink rate , but for parknison disease can you explain the cause ???

I just wanted to emphesize that this sign (or symptom) may serve as a clue for dx of Parkinson's when you see it in the stem.

A blink can be either a reflex response to corneal stimulation (e.g., irritation by a foreign body) or the result of stimulation of the supraorbital nerve.
