Decreased deep tendon reflexes at the ankles ,hearing loss ,Tremor and Memory loss are all common in the old and that which requires attention is memory loss

The patient is brought for memory problems and hence needs to be evaluated for the memory loss.... the other conditions are not directly contributory to dementia as such...
