U shud have at least appied to 100 programs.

no interviews till now...i have no idea...i got few mails regarding review of application but not the interviews.i scored 99 in both steps and ecfmg certified,recent graduate. but i dont have any USCE...
hopefully luck should favor me...

your profile looks good but USCE is the thing which you need to fetch more interviews as the competition is high, but the picture would flourish in October hopefully..

How can so happen?
U have excellent credentials then why is so happening.U shud have at least 3 interviews by now even if u don't have any USCE.
Did u apply to enough community programs?How is your PS?Did u get it edited in order to make it free of any mistakes?
How r yur LORs?

U did not answer the queries I raised above.
U can apply to other branches,but r u really interested in any other specialties?
Yur experience,as I expect, must be in IM.This may cause some problems when u apply to other branches.
I also expect u to not have any gaps in CV.
FM programs,due to yur high scores, may think that u r using them as a back-up and may not call u coz' they may think u will not rank them high.

Moreover,I think many applicants r facing this problem in IM.A friend of mine has excellent scores like u have alonngwith Cleckships and Observerships but has yet got no interviews in IM.According to him,his other friends have only 1-2 interviews in IM despite excellent credentials.

yes Adonis is right! it appears this year things are a bit tight!
You know what Docjay, you would get some interviews soon!
your credentials still are enough to fetch you at least two interviews!

so should i apply to more programs?? there had been some problems with lORs scaaning at eras.. so i mailed LOR from my assit dean to all the applied programs...

Oh, programs will never accept the e.mailed/mailed LORs.LORs need to be uploaded thro' the ERAS.
Why did u not get them uploaded thro' ERAS.Thus, yur application is incomplete and programs won't review it.
Get yur LORs uploaded thro' ERAS fast!

all my LORs are uploaded..but i am losing hope for this year match...till now i got 12 rejections..hopefully will get some IV calls soon..

should i call programs director personally to review my application ?? or any other suggestions for me?? i have received 20 rejectioions..till what time,i can keep hope for this year match? how was the last year match for img in IM.

U can let the program coordinators know about it.U can also give them a call or e.mail them.
U can send e.mails to the PDs and ask them to review yur application.U can still expect interbiews in Nov. Dec. and a few in January.
Just do wat ever u can to get IVs.
Last years match was really tough and more so in IM,but u have fair chances coz' of yur excellent credentials.

It depends on wat "few" means.If it is around 5-10 programs more than u can do so but first call those programs and ask them if they will review yur application once u apply.Also check their application deadlines first.
If doing so is not too heavy on yur pocket then u can apply to these many programs.
