Hi adonis 123 and everyone ,
i got an interview call last year and was faced with this question " What are the challenges you will face working as a first year resident " ..... I couldnt answer this properly and was stuttering with reply, Can anybody help me with an answer ??

U can answer the above question as,
"The challenges which I will face are:
Keep working to the best of my ability despite long work shifts.
Adjust to gruelling work schedules.
Keep enriching my medical knowledge despite hectic work schedules."
