Hello everybody
Am , 47 years old , green card holder since 2 years , graduated in sports medicine since 1991 . I plane to move to US . Actually I start to prepare USMLE . If I'll pass it , do I have good chance to found a Medical job in US ? or it will be better to not waist time and I have to change job ? Many thanks

U have no other option but to take the USMLE exams if u wanna practice in the US.
Yes, u can get into Sports Medicine if u first do a Family Medicine residency and later wud be eligible to do an advanced training in Sports Medicine.
The good news for u is that Family Medicine is not that tough for one to get into if one shows a good level of interest in this specialty.
If u don't have any gaps in yur clinical experience then that is an added advantage.
Score good on USMLE Steps and pass them all on the first attempt n apply thro' ERAS to various FM programs and write a nice personal statement n state yur interest in FM n in Sports Medicine which wud make a good case for u to get into some FM program.
Best Wishes!
