Double 99,CSFirst Attempt But No IV Call

good morning doctok,
i am recent graduate from india with score of 99 in both steps with cs pass on first attempt with no usce. till now no IV calls..losing hope..thinking to apply now for family medicine. what do you advice? will it be of any help?
i just want to get into US residency be it any branch??
guide me.

When did apply to programs?How many programs did u apply to?Did u apply to enough community programs as well?Which specialty did u apply to?How is your PS?Do u have any gaps in yur CV?Did u send the recommended number of LORs to each program?
One needs to know answers to above questions from you to advise u correctly.
Don't lose hope.U have very good credentials and have a very good chance if u apply wisely.
About applying to FM,I may tell u that it is now late in the season to apply to more programs.U can,however, call some programs and check if they will review yur application if u apply to them.If they answer in the affirmative then u can apply to few of them.
Also,it is pertinent to mention that FM programs may think that u r using them as a back-up coz'of yur excellent credentails.
In the meanwhile,do some observerships,etc if u r in the US.That may help u to get some US LORs which will be very beneficial to u in future.
