Step 3 is not like Step 2 CS although you have to take it in the US but its scheduling is similar to Step 1 and Step 2 CK. If you're in PA and once you get your scheduling permit, you will be directed to the Thompson Prometric website where you can choose the location of your test center and the date.

Concerning how much time you need to prepare, again, we've already discussed that and it depends on your pace. 4-8 weeks of intense studying might be enough.

i recommend two to three months to study very well, of course it's up to you and your pace studying
