What can one do with passing step 3 in terms of job? I am not yet into residency and I do not need visa. I am looking for a job.
Is step 3 only good for allowing one to take specialty board exam.

No, u need to have the required residency training so that u can take the respective Board Certification exam.
If u r talking of a doctor job then I must say that u need to have the required US residency training experience to practice as a physician in the US.
