2- 2- Does one need to write USMLE Exam for seeking admission for post graduate studies in Medical jurisprudence in USA ? YES, there are 2 types of forensic medicine fellowship training in the US, Forensic Pathology "which needs residenct training in Pathology" OR Forensic Psychiatry "Needs residency training in Psychaitry".
3- 3- What is the procedure for doing Medical Jurisprudence Post graduate studies in USA? First, finish med school, pass the USMLEs and join a residency training in Pathology or Psychaitry "according to your preference" and then join a fellowship training in Forensic Pathology or Psychaitry.

Re: Eligibility radhamesramos - 07-08-08 08:49 I started residency last week and one of my fellow mates is from Nepal nad he did his studies over there. So, yes you can take USMLE and start residency in the US
