Getting LORs from my original country may take time, is it OK to buy token for 2010 season to get AAMC ID so that it can be included in LORs and then buy another token for 2011 season, or its too late to buy 2010 token?

No, it is not at all late to get 2010 ERAS token.U can get it in July,2010.U will get yur AAMC ID after u buy yur first token.That AAMC ID will be permanent.U can inlude the same AAMC ID in yur LORs.
