First when will yopu diagnose FTT, then how will you manage this case? Suppose it is an office visit.

1st admit the pt and look for
dehydration, infection, anemia, or electrolyte imbalance. treat with intravenous fluids, systemic antibiotic therapy, transfusion, and, parenteral nutrition if needed .
Hospital admission and observation is important , coz we can help the parents with the feeding techniques
diet:
Proper feeding can be achieved through infant formulas that are adjusted to meet the child's specific nutrient needs.
