I have been told that Eosinophilia and Lipiduria are associated with fat embolism. how? Did anyone hear of this?

I dont think there is any relationship between fat embolism and eosinophillia you are confusing it with cholesterol embolism which has the classic triad of livedo reticularis, acute renal failure, and eosinophilia.

lLipiduria is attributed directly to systemic embolization of fat. That I think is a no brainer....
