During Post-graduation,which is called a residency in the US ,one gets paid and has not to pay any fees towards the hospital.One only needs to pay fees to the ECFMG for the USMLE exams which one has to take prior to entering a residency program.Here is the website where can find the fees for the various USMLE exams:
