Dear friends in Doctok
hope you be fine and happy
I am a FMG with some questions:
consider a foreign medical graduate with a specialty for example a radiologist apply for a fellowship programs in the US ?
Is it enough for him to pass USMLE 1,2ck,2cs in this regard?
can he participate in the American national board examination of radiology?
how can I find more information in this regard?
thank you

It's possible to apply for fellowship, you need to clear Steps 1,2 CK & CS "ECFMG-certified" to be eligible for that. You can be a fellow of the American College of Radiology but you CAN'T practice in the US or its' territories.
You can find the information on:

radiology is pretty competitive but looking at thw programs in midwest tere certainly are foreign grada wth radiology training in their home countries but i think it needs more competitive scores and better lors

Try to contact UM/Jackson, they have several fellows there doing fellowship that specialized in other countries, specially in radiology

One can do fellowship - yes, it is possible for a radiologist after his USMLE steps.

But you cannot take the AB-Radiology exams coz u never did Radio residency in the US; u only did a fellowship!

and if you practice in the U.S. should be under supervision of a recognized institution, example the one that trained you during in the fellowship

Yep, u cannot practise independently in the US coz u are not board certified in Radiology.
