What are the basic requirements for US programs when it comes to applying to fellowship programs? Like what questions do I need to ask the program in requirements if I am interested in a fellowship position. For example, do they ask about your USMLE scores? Citizenship etc?

U will need to have a post-graduate degree and u will also need to pass the various USMLE steps in order to be eligible to apply for such positions.
US citizenship status will also be helpful.
