UM/Jackson Memorial at Miami has a huge trauma fellowship and they accept a lot of Foreign specialists, but remember since you didn't do your specialty in the US, you are not allowed to work in the US as a doctor after you finish your fellowship (unless n institution takes full responsibilty of you)
