University of Miami has a great deal of Fellowships for Foreign Medical Specialists. Must pass all steps, and they are extremely difficult to get, but they exist. Being from latin america, helps a lot, but not a must.

Actually thesse fellowships are for candidates who already did residency in their countries of origin...so if you haven't a residency yet you may not be able to apply to these

That information is given by the departments themselves, you can contact any program that has fellowships (mainly university programs) and ask them what the requisites are. Te program themselves you can find them through FREIDA, depending on the specific fellowship you want

U are eligible to apply for a fellowship program only if u have done a residency already!

Refer FREIDA and the individual program's websites for their criteria.
