i am a 3rd MBBS studnt
i wish to do gastroenterology..r there any direct courses for it in the US where you donot need to do ur IM first and get it directly into it..
pls help..

You can't join GIT unless you finish an IM residency in or out the US. It will be difficult to get this kind of fellowship if your IM residency was OUT of the US. There's no courses as GIT is a sub-specialty training.
