A twenty years old man that he seem healthy come to his doctor and said that since three week he got bloody diarhea which is mixed with dark blood ,sometimes just blood and mucose ,he denied any pain or fever ,he has four or five time stool per day ,acording to the patient since six month he has a thin stool frequently that sometimes was mixed with the blood what is the exact diagnosis of this patient ?

looking at the patient's age, charecteristic pattern of diarrhoea looks like ulcarative colitis. ischemic colitis commonly seen in elderly pt's. For Gardiasis and m.whiple history should be present. Haemorohid usually presents with bright red blood..
