1. 32wks gestation, bp=148/88 mm of hg, urine protein 1+,fundal height lower than normal
ultra sound or 24hrs urine protein???
2. 38wks of gestation, BP=158/108 mm of hg, blurry vision
monitering or delivery or MgSo4???

Re: gestational HTN mtniharika - 09-11-09 14:20 As theblood pressure is very high with blurring of vision, the best method is to terminate the pregnancy by the best possible method coupled with the control of hypertension.
