Help Needed With The Visa Interview

How many days will it take me to ensemble documents fr the visa interview?? i read in the bulletin tht they(ecfmg) wil provide me with the sponsership letter thru iwa?? does tht mean it'll take me like few hours to get th?? or its like wht adonis,ma fren said...tht the letter wil reach me via post which i hope wil take like a month to reach me...kindly guide...also how many days does one need in hand to change the cs centre,like e g fr changin ck date i need to do it before 5 business days...is it 14 calender days fr cs(it includes weekends as weel,am i right)?? n yea...im currently not employed n ive mentioned the same in my cs application bt sme 1 in th eforum has mentioned tht it add to yr credit if yu produce a jobletter while appaerin fr the visa interview....wht shud i do?? shud i like get a fake 1 frm sme private hospital...wil tht work for me?? wil they cross check ma employment status wid the ecfmg(which i tink they wil)...wht r ma prospects of gettin the vis awithout a job letter nyway?? in jitters literally

Yes, ECFMG has lately started sending Visa Letters electronically thro' IWA.So, u need not to wait for a month for getting the Visa Letter.
Ye, it includes the weekends as well.I said it is 14 days.
Ye, on the visa interview they sometimes do ask for a job letter.Yes, any job letter will work,even from a private hospital.No, they will not veify yur employment status with the ECFMG.So, get a job letter and be prepared to show it if the visa officer asks for it.
Donot get nervous and jittery.I m sure u will get a visa as most applicants do.
