Is there any way to get CS result in dec or jan ,i appeared on nov 9 aand i think i am not getting IVs because of the Pending CS result,
Does CS result matters in getting IVs?
Till what date one should be hopeful of getting IVs?

Yur Step-2CS results will be declared according to the official schedule.U can't hasten the declaration of yur Step-2CS results.
Yes, Step-2CS result matters in getting IVs.
Few programs may even conduct interviews in the first week of February.
