This is an acronym for the Health Insurance Portability and acountability act, this was done to insure workers and their families of medical insurance if they lose their jobs (Title I) and the Administrative Simplification (AS) provisions, requires the establishment of national standards for electronic health care transactions and national identifiers for providers, health insurance plans, and employers (title II).

So basically this training would be for you to wok for the Helathcare institutions in the US, in which branch? I don't know. But yyou would b some kind of Social Worker
