Anyway I wanted to say.....

The differential diagnosis of umblicated lesion in any HIV patient includes:
Molluscum Contagiosum
Cryptococcus infection.

HIV patient with umblicated papular lesion on skin. next step --> cryptococcal antigen test. if +ive --> crypococcus. If negative molluscum contagiosum
