1) Differential:
- Molluscum Contagiosum
- Cryptococcus
2) SO first test in HIV pt with umblicated maculo papular skin lesion is cryptococcal antigen test -------->If positive ---> Cryptococcus
----> If negative ----> Molluscum Contagiosum
3) Treatment:
Cryptococcus: Fluconazole
Molluscum Contagiosum: Curettage
