I need to find a teaching hospital near Washington DC. VA or MD also fine. How can I find a IMG friendly hospital where I can get some sort of an internship to get expierience in IM?

Visit for such hospitals on the website " FREIDA".Google it and u will get it.
U can e. mail the residency coordinators of all the hospitals in that area and check if they offer any Externships or Observerships in Medicine.
