The decline in renal function after addition of an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, is most suggestive of bilateral renal artery stenosis due to atherosclerosis

the use of Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors in a case of unilateral renal artery stenosis would deteriorate the condition.

hi moyoha.. yeah i agree with you but among the given choices i think renal artery stenosis sounds the best.. do you think option b is more corrrect?
