In this condition frontal lobe, Putamen , and Caudate nucleus can be all atrophied but which one do you pick as the focus of most severe atrophy?

te striatum as a whole is affected, i would go for caudate if i were to chose one. hunt 4 date is the mnemonic to remember

the head of the caudate nucleus among the striatum is the most damaged or rather atrophied in huntington's disease....
