Staph.Aureus Oxacillin, cloxacillin, dicloxacill, Neficillin
OR
Cefazolin, Cefadroxil, Cefalaxin (1st generation Cephalosporin) Macrolide / Newer Fluoroquinolones (if Anaphylaxis to both above group of drugs & less serious infection) Vancomycin / Linezolid (MRSA / more serious infection)
Streptococcus  Penicillins ( If sensitive ) / Ceftriaxone .
Strep . Viridians Penicillin G / Ceftriaxone .
Strep . Pyogens  Penicillin G / Ampicillin .
Strep . Pneumonia Penicillin G / Ceftriaxone /newer fluoroquinolone.
