had my cs today,mixed feelings, made mistakes and did good things as well, will it be balancing act, i have no clue, waiting for the results and a long time is there to wait for.
ran short of time in two cases, one couldnt examine well, other couldnt counsel well,ophthalmoscopy missed in 2 cases, where it was required
didnt do thyroid screening and exam in young female with palpitation didnt know what was i thinking, this is a blunder i think, comment people.

Did you apply for 2009 match ??I think that you were looking for observership/externship and I wish that you are preparing that now .

Re: i finally put it behind me sackatdoc - 09-17-08 05:05 thank you so much Insitu, i do realise you were really really busy, and so was i and i am not beyond not knowing what happens when one is in too many affairs,forgets and misses things, thats what i have done in my CS, and now the flashbacks are the ones that ae troubling me, did i hurryup the cases,did i come come out early in 5-6 cases,did i miss counselling and telling them of possibilities.ALL this is making my life hell right now.
Haider, i want to apply just to see what happens, yes i am in dire need of externship, no luck yet.

I think that flshbacks is a very normal phenomenon,I had that experience when I took the STEP 1 and I felt that I might not pass the test since I made many gross mistakes,after that I passed with a good score.I wish you the best .
I booked a date for interview in 15th October and I will wait and see what happens.
I tried to contact some of testimonials of FMGaffordable ,but none reply yet.Again I wish you the best .

this affordable thing seems to be a gone case, even if you find testimonials i doubt if any of their Lors would be of use,somebody on this forum told me that the lady in question was caught in some kinda fraud, dont have any substantial info though,take care.

After 2CS experience ,2CK somehow seemed welcoming.Its funny but true.
How are you guys applying for Match?I mean are you registered in any programmes like MATCH A RESIDENT?
Would appreciate some guidance here.

Regarding Match A Resident-Yeah,I did get myself registered there but I have not got started with my personal statement or resume & I am panicking now.
Is it true that I can apply only after my 2CK scores are out?
Secondly,are there any other sites apart from this where one can scan the available programs,location,other details of programs available at a particular hospital?

I am in a same boat, though I bought ERAS token already, but not sure to use it or not coz not prepared as yet to take a plunge, things are tooooo competitive.
