i understand your feeling exactly, i have the same feeling. it's very frustrating situation and alot of mony, stress.but i am thinking to give a try to scramble then if no luck i have to look for something else.

How about practicing at your home country? Or go into public health? If I dont match this year, Im not trying again. Im going to do public health.
