no its the same but i would just like to reiterate the intricacies of the reaction .upon injecting the tuberculin extract in an immunised or an exposed individual memory Th cells secreteIL2 which upregulates the IL2receptors. this is an autocrine regulation which results in t cell proliferation. then tnf alpha and beta induce leucocyte recruitment .gamma interferons activates macrophages and induces mhc II expression

Cytotoxic T cells (Tc) cause direct damage whereas helper T (TH1) cells secrete cytokines which activate cytotoxic T cells and recruit and activate monocytes and macrophages, which cause the bulk of the damage
