laparotomy - 01-14-08 15:33 A. Campylobacter jejuni. It has sigmoidoscopic findings similar to pseudomembranous colitis caused by C diff.

radhamesramos - 01-29-08 13:06 A and E are the only cause ofbloody diarrhea, but this case is typical of C. jejuni which is the most common cause of bloody diarrhea in the U.S

babbu5508 - 07-07-10 21:59 the clinical picture looks like ulcerative colitis..Proctosigmoiditis. This form involves the rectum and the sigmoid colon. Bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramps and pain and tenesmus are common problems associated with this form of the disease.
