cheilitis i think is the right answer.and if i have another shot i would choose A (increased chol).

The most common side effects of isotretinoin are dry skin, itching, dry nose, nosebleeds (epistaxis), cracks in the corners of the mouth (chilitis), dry mouth, and inflammation of the whites of the eyes. Joint aches also are common.

Most people have minor Isotretinoin side-effects that disappear within 2 weeks after stopping the medication. Almost everybody gets dry lips.
