These are questions where every applicants may have a unique response to. How would you answer it? Tell us and we will tell you if its a good answer or not.
Its is almost impossible to memorized IV answers to common questions. You may have a better answer to this than any of us in this forum.
Let discuss it...please give your answers.

so here is how i will answer to the qtion which type of colleagues do you have trouble working with?
i would say " i usually can get along people very well and i believe this is an important trait when working in a team.But sometimes i find it hard dealing with people who fail to complete their work before leaving as their shift. For eg. during my internship I had a friend who is an excellent doctor but fails to complete the patients chart, and this has created confusion many a times. So finally I happened to talk to him about this matter. initially he was angry but later he realized the problem and began to rectify it. So when such issues occur, i prefer to talk to the person and come up with a collaborative solution which in turn will make us a very efficient team.
does this surround correct / too lame ...
