hey if u come form a country where the political situation is not good enough for u or in acse u have akid during ur stay in the US (i.e ur kid is now a us citizen by birth) ur return to ur home country might affetc the upbringing of a us citizen , so thses are the grounds u can request for awaiver and get green card directly

supposing u are from isreal or lebanon or jordan any of the middle east countries where the political situation is in chaos

Thanks, Yes I am from middle east, but neither from Lebanon or Isreal, But I do have kids borne in USA , How can I proceed with this, How can I get the prove I can not raise them in my country??

That is hard to prove if your country is in a political situation that is stable (economic hardship is not considered)

Why don't you try for a rela Waiver, like working in an underserved area?

ok is ur country in war or some such situation , betetr contact the immigartion lawyer , my friends had mt=r andrew dutton as theirs , this guy is really professional and gives u the correct info , not like sevral others who charge for answering a question even if the answer is no,

my friend has it but u can google his namwe and get all the required info with inside information as well like his hwere abouts he is not a born citizen himself so he def knows the immigration siuues
