H e started calling the programs to inquire about any vacant postion.Luckily he ended up on getting a position so my point is shud we do the same thing and if we do then how we shud start i mean calling random program which speciality and when to start all the sugestions are welcomed

Last year someone I know told me about a guy that got into his program in New York, by inquiring while one of his relatives was hospitalized there---these are like the weirdest stories on earth, but someone who didn't match has not a lot to lose trying, right?
