Waiving the right to SEE the LOR means you choose not to see the content of the LOR...it goes directly to residency and you wont get to see it or its contents. Thats adds more =value to your application since it shows your c confidence.

Is it ok if all LORs do not reach residency at the same time?
LORs to be sent by post?

If they all reached ERAS then ERAS will provide them at the same time if not then they will download it when it becomes available. Its always better to have the LORS sent to ERAS before sending the application.
