Hi, How do I get LORs to mail/fax during scramble; since two of my LORs were sent directly by the professors to ERAS; since I had waived my right to see the letter.
Could someone please tell me as to how do I mail/fax these LORs to the programs during scramble?

Re: LORs for scramble InSitu - 02-08-08 01:02 I always recommend applicants sending for the scramble to add a note that these docuements are available through ERAS but remember that you MUST NOT send all docuemtns on scramble day unless they ask you for all docuemnts otherwise a coverpage is enough. An advantage to scramble through ElectronicResidency.com is that they create an ONLINE access to your docuemments that can be accessed after sending a coverpage. The cover page will include all the information residency programs nee dot make a decision whether to call you or not and a simple instruction on how to access the rest of the documents if they want to see them.
Again do not flood residency programs with documents they have not asked you to send yet. Be considerate with residency program and they will like you, otherwise imagine what will happen to thier fax machines when every applicant sends 20 unsolicited documents (~20 minutes submission time). A cover page is a reasonable easy to deliver document on scramble day.

Other than electronic residency is img residency. Stay away from the rest.

but my question then is--- say i do not match this time; i would need those LORs when i apply next year right. So my basic question is how do i retrieve the reco letters that were mailed directly to ERAS by the professors?

I think ERAS has something called RODS (Return Of Document System) where you can retrieve all of your documents
