then WHY TROPONIN is the answer is not because it rise early but because troponins are the ONLY enzymes WHICH ARE SPECIFIC for CARDIAC MUSCLE, THERE CAN BE NO FALSE POSITIVE, but CPK-MB is released by other sources as well(courtsey:again s3 kaplan notes)
