Well, usually there are companies that offer this service. But to tell you the truth, the hospitals and programs that offer you an externship (hands-on experience) are so few that they include in their prices the malpractice insurance (usually these are university-based programs ad they offer you the same one that their students use), aside from that, I don't know any particular ones. Rmember, since you don't have a licence and you will go as a student, the malpractice insurance won't be very expensive anyways...

even if I get my own malepractice, it is not going to be a help to get into an extership???
Because Observship dose not considers as a clinical exprience??? and we all need to do externship???????

You are right! The problem is that since externships are so difficult to get after beign graduated, observerships are a good resource (remember, something is better than nothing). The thing is that you cannot buy a malpractice insurance if you don't know if you are geting an externship or not, since the vary state by state. If the program really considers you for an externship, they will take you and send ypou all that info concerning the insurance. Some programs even pay you the insurance. So, what you do need now is to get the externship which is the hardest part.
