Isolated atrophy of 1st dorsal interosseous. What could have caused it? NCS of ulnar nerve normal, including deep palmar branch. All sensory studies normal including dorsal ulnar cutaneous. Needle studies showed positive sharp waves and fibrillations in 1st dorsal interosseous and adductor pollicis with no volitional activity in FDI and single motor uinit activity in adductor pollicis. All other needle studies normal.
