My answer is: c.

The HTT gene is located on the short arm of chromosome 4 at 4p16.3. HTT contains a sequence of three DNA bases—cytosine-adenine-guanine (CAG)—repeated multiple times (i.e. ... CAGCAGCAG ...), known as a trinucleotide repeat

The correct answer is C. Huntington disease is a genetic disorder of the central nervous system, and is inherited as an autosomal dominant condition. In affected individuals, one gene of the gene pair is not functioning properly and "dominates" the other working gene. The HD gene, called IT15, is located on chromosome 4p.
