It all depends on the exam, every exam is different! for example some exams might have multiple questions involving molecular biology, and other might have a few. My advice is to know everything you can and go from there!

But Biochemistry no matter teh exam is a High yield subject, some questions might appear others not, but biochemistry is always very important

the example you gave is HY for sure. those subjects to which all references and q banks are reffering (like what you gave as an example) are really HY.
