The patient is suffering with pneumonia whch usually presents with sharp n stabbing pleuritic chest pain....hence to relieve it the patient is put on opiates.....but due to probable drug intoxication the patient landed with the following symptoms....hence I go with the option c as my answer.

Early symptoms include lacrimation, rhinorrhea, yawning, and diaphoresis. Restlessness and irritability occur later, with bone pain, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal cramping, and mood lability occurring even later, these are the symptoms associated with opiate withdrawal...

actually i meant to answer opiates . i dont know how i incorrectly chose cocaine... anyways i think thats hardly an issue...
